Cookie Policy

1. Introduction

“Cookies” are small encrypted harmless text files which are usually generated when a user visits a particular website and are stored in browser directories on your computer. When you next access the same website or another website that recognises that cookie, certain information can be retrieved from the “cookie” and can be used to identify the user’s device.

Website servers set authentication cookies to help authenticate the user when they log in to a secure area of the website. User’s Credential login information can be remembered in the cookie, and it enables the user to log in to the same website without having to re-enter the same authentication information for the subsequent visit.

Cookies can also be used to recognise and count the number of visitors on a site, see how they are moving around the site and which parts of a site are most popular. This allows websites to change and update their site in order to improve it.

There are two main types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies.
Session cookies are stored only temporarily and are erased from the user’s device when you exit from your browser after visiting website.
Persistent cookies remain stored on your computer until they are deleted, or have expired. (i.e. platform log in)

2. How We Use Them:

We use cookies solely to gather information on IP addresses and pages visited, to analyse trends, administer the Website, track users’ movements on the Website and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to other personally identifiable information and will not be used to deliver targeted marketing messages.

We do not disseminate this information to third parties apart.

3. How to change your cookie settings:

Most internet browsers allow you to stop receiving cookies via options/settings. You can also disable any cookies already stored on your computer. However, this will mean that our system may not recognise your computer when you log in and so you may not be able to use or access certain parts of the Website. If you would like to learn more about cookies, including how to enable and disable cookies, please visit www.allaboutcookies.org.
